Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed for a direction to respondents 1 and 2, to produce the body and person of the petitioner's wife, Priya, aged about 29 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. On 13.02.2015, we referred the parties to the Tamilnadu Mediation and Reconciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. Mediators viz., Mr.M.Mohamed Ismail and Ms.Habeeba Anees Jawad, have submitted a report dated 17.02.2015, which is extracted hereunder. "Petitioner along his counsel, the wife of the petitioner/detenue Mrs.H.Priya and the respondent Police are present.

Mrs.H.Priya agree to join and live with the petitioner/husband and the petitioner/husband also agrees to live with his wife/detenue Mrs.H.Priya. It is also agreed by both the petitioner and the detenue that they will lead a happy life by taking utmost care against each other."

3. On this day, both the parties are present. Alleged detenue expressed her desire to live with her husband and children, peacefully. This Court places on record the efforts of the Mediators.
