COMMON ORDER The Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that they would withdraw the impugned notices and issue fresh notices under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act, 1998. Hence, the Learned Standing Counsel requested that these writ petitions be closed, granting liberty to the respondents to issue fresh notices under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act, 1998.

2. In view of the above submission, these Writ Petitions stand closed with liberty to the respondents to issue fresh notices under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act, 1998.

3. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions also stand closed. No costs.
