6 COMMUNITY CENTRE, SAKET, NEW DELHI-110017 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted for complying with the order dated 09/02/2021 passed in OSA No.286/2020 pending on the file of this Honble Court, till any time as this Honble Court deems fit (in CMP.No.6834 of 2021) and (ii) To stay the operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 01.11.2019 on the file of this Honble Court in CS.No.305 of 2000 (in CMP.No.13700 of 2020).
Order : These petitions coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.UDAYAKUMAR, Special
Government Pleader for SPL.GOVT PLEADER(CS) for the petitioners in in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.,] When the matter is called today, Mr. R.Udayakumar, learned Special Government Pleader for the appellants would submit that he received the order copy only on 26.03.2021 and by that time, the model code of conduct had come into force resulting in delay in processing the file and therefore, the appellants could not deposit the amount by 06.04.2021. Hence, the present C.M.P. has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 09.02.2021 regarding deposit.

Considering the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the appellants, time is extended till 1st June, 2021 for deposit of the sum of Rs.7,50,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Crore and Fifty Lakhs only) to the credit of O.S.A. No. 286 of 2020.
3.The C.M.P. is ordered accordingly.
