Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the first respondent and also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel also submitted that the petitioner's application for release of vehicle may be considered by the first respondent. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application for the release of the vehicle, on merits and in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 21.05.2015 Index : No Internet : Yes va Note: The Registry is directed to return the original impugned order to the counsel for the petitioner enabling him to file appeal against the said impugned order.
