Respondents PRAYER: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to issue direction, directing the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Virudhachalam to dispose the suit in O.S. No.24 of 2013 in an expedite manner within the time stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner :Mr.K. Balu

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Virudhachalam to dispose the suit in O.S. No.24 of 2013 within a time as may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the revision petitioner has filed the suit in O.S. No.24 of 2013 before the Sub-Court, Virudhachalam for recovery of rent and other reliefs and the same was ordered ex-parte due to non appearance of the respondents on 30.09.2013. The respondents have filed an application in I.A. No.481 of 2014 to set aside the exparte order passed by the Court below to drag on the proceedings of the suit. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the records, this Court is inclined to direct the Court below to dispose of the I.A.No.481 of 2014 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order if not already

disposed. In the event of application is allowed, since, the suit is of the year of 2013, the trial Court shall dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No Costs.
