ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(II) of IPC in Crime No.118 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.

The petitioners have gone to the de facto complainant's house with a wooden log and caused injury to the de facto complainant all over the body particularly fractured on his right wrist and lacerated wound on right side of the head, this has occurred in connection with the quarrel between the de facto complainant and the petitioners herein regarding elopement of A-1's daughter with brother-in-law of the de facto complainant.

3. Taking note of the fact that after causing injury to the de facto complainant these petitioners absconded and if they granted anticipatory bail there is every possibility of abscondance and tampering of evidence.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
