C.M.P.No.7998 of 2025 in S.A.No.288 of 2019 K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI,J., The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to effect substituted service on the 6th respondent by way of paper publication in a Tamil Daily Newspaper.

2.On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and upon hearing the learned counsel for the appellant, this Court permitted the appellant to take paper publication on 01.08.2025 in any one of the Tamil Dailies circulated within the locality of the respondent, for hearing on 04.08.2025.
