This petition has been filed to seek an extension of six months for the completion of the investigation in the case and for fiing final report in accordance with the directions issued by this court in its order dated 03.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.30251 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reason stated in the affidavit in support

of this petition, this petition is ordered. The time for completing the investigation of the case and filing the final report, as per directions given by this court in its order dated 03.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.30251 of 2024, is hereby extended by four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
