2. We feel that this petition can be entertained. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. The petitioner is permitted to file additional documents. The original documents filed before this Court be returned by the Registry to the counsel on record for the petitioner, after getting proper acknowledgement. The photocopy of the documents ie., the typed set of documents filed by the petitioner in two sets shall be retained for the hearing.
