Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the investigation is a very nascent stage and the material has been sent for forensic analysis and the report is yet to be received.

2.At that time, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition for the present and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn for the present. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P is also closed.
