2.As the prayer sought for is to quash the FIR registered in Crime No. 248 of 2019 which culminated in filing a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Thiruvallur, nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.In view of the same, considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
