O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus or other direction directing the 3rd respondent to implement the order of the second respondent dated 17.10.2024.

Upon hearing the Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and perusing the affidavit as well as the order of the second respondent dated 17.10.2024, it can be seen that it is a matrimonial dispute. The parties got married as recently as 19.08.2023. Already the petitioner had given a detailed complaint which narrates the incidents from the date of marriage upto the date of F.I.R and a case is registered in Crime No.488 of 2024 on 14/6/2024, on the file of the Anupparpalayam Police Station, Tiruppur District for the alleged offences under

Section 294-B & 323 of I.P.C read with Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women's Harassment Act 2002. It is also stated by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that yet another complaint was also given before All Women Police Station, Tirupur North and C.S.R.No.487/2024, dated 25.06.2024 is also pending for enquiry. While so, on behalf of the petitioner, a complaint is also sent to the Social Welfare Officer who was conducted an enquiry and have come to an impression on field inspection that the petitioner seems to have affected by the conduct of the husband and his family members and therefore, directs registration of the complaint under Women Harassment Act. It is only to implement the said order, the present writ petition is filed.

3. It can be seen from the above that already the complaint has been registered under the Women's Harassment Act. In matrimonial matters, it is the duty of everyone concerned to see to that the couples attempt to join together and continue as a family. There will be teething differences in the initial years. A little bit of patience is necessary for the parties to decide before going against each other. Be that as it may, when the petitioner has given a complaint mentioning about all the incidents, then if any other offence is also there, the petitioner can

mention the same by giving the statement before the same police. This kind of docket multiplication by running one forum after the other should not be resorted to by the parties. Already one F.I.R is pending which is with reference to the offence under Women harassment Act also. All the grievances of the petitioner can be taken care of in the said complaint itself. Therefore, this writ petition is nothing but the usual exercise of the couples to multiply dockets and file repeated proceedings and petitions. Therefore, the Writ Petition stands dismissed.
