(The order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J. ) Today, when the matter is taken up, the detenuMr.Karthick was produced by the police and we enquired him. 2. In view of the above, we find that there is no illegal custody of the detenu by anybody. Since the detenu, being a major, now wants to go with the petitioner, he is set at liberty. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
