This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner herein on 06.07.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondent police on 07.07.2015 and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
