C.M.P.No.7440 of 2020 in S.A.No.(SR).100160 of 2019 P.T. ASHA, J, The above petition is filed for condoning the delay of 531 days in filing the Second Appeal.

2.Mr.K.Sudhakar, learned counsel who has entered appearance for the respondent would vehemently oppose the said petition that no reason has been given.

3.A perusal of the affidavit would show that it is on account of scarcity of funds that the appellant was not able to file the Second Appeal immediately.

4.Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the delay is condoned.

The Registry is directed to print the name of the counsel who has entered appearance for the respondent when the matter is posted for admission.
