ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.05.2015 within a time to be prescribed by this Court. 2.Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent and submitted that the respondent may be directed to

consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.05.2015 and pass orders, within a stipulated time.

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation 14.05.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
