ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the property belongs to the petitioner was subdivided and accordingly, Patta has already been transferred in the petitioner's name with respect to the said property. The learned counsel for the petitioner also acceded to the said submission.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned Government
Advocate for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
