This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's online application dated 08.09.2021 for sub division patta transfer for the lands in Survey No.341, 342, 379/A, 379/B2 situated at Mademangalam Village, Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri, on merits.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for issuance of patta', the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the Patta https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has already been issued to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
