This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to call for the records of the 1st respondent in connection with the impugned proceedings in Reference No.Na.Ka 210/2023/V1 signed on 19.01.2024 and quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that the TASMAC Shop No.4197, has already been closed and in this regard communication has been sent by the Deputy Collector to the petitioner on 04.12.2024. Therefore, the prayer in the present writ petition has become infructuous. 3.The copy of the proceedings dated 04.12.2024 of the Deputy Collector is produced before this Court and the same is taken on record. Hence, no further orders is required in the present writ petition. Hence, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
