(Order of the Court was made by THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE) On hearing the learned Counsel for petitioner, we direct the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 25.10.2014, by a speaking order after notice to all concerned, within one month of receipt of the order. 2.The sixth respondent to also verify as to whether necessary permission had been obtained by the Crushing Unit of the ninth respondent and whether all formalities had been met or not, failing which, naturally, the sixth respondent would proceed in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned. 3.The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
