ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to remove the dust yard situated at petitioner's Plot Nos.362, 363, Poonamallee High Road, Vada Agaram Village, Aminjikarai, Chennai - 600 029, based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2015, on merits and within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.V.C.Selvasekaran, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.05.2015 and pass orders, within a stipulated time.

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 21.05.2015 Index : Yes/No jbm
