This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.06.2015 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 12.06.2015 by post. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the Respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v.
