This application is filed to order substituted service to Kamalesh Kumar Bathala, the 28th respondent and Shree Mangalam Builders and Real Estate Limited, rep. by its M.D.Vikesh Kothari, the 33rd respondent in A.No.4709 of 2021 in C.S.No.1171 of 2008 in any one of the newspaper.

2. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

3.Accordingly, the applicant/plaintiff is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "Dinamalar" Tamil daily in the Chennai Edition mentioning the date of hearing as 08.07.2022.

4. List the matter on 08.07.2022.
