O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the first respondent herein to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the second respondent in C.C. No. 6 of 2014, dated 05.03.2019, passed by the Judicial Magistrate No. II, Chengalpattu.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner is the complainant and the second respondent is the first accused in C.C. No. 6 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No. II, Chengalpattu, for the offences under Sections 409 and 420 of IPC. While the trial was pending, the second respondent did not appear before the Trial Court, and as such, the Trial Court issued a Non-Bailable Warrant. Now, it is pending on the file of the first respondent.

4. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to execute the Non Bailable Warrant as against the second respondent in C.C.No.6 of 2014 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish the correct address of the second respondent and co-operate while executing the Non-Bailable Warrant as against the second respondent.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
