This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the conditions imposed in the fair and decreetal order dated 21.02.2022 in Trust O.P.No.80 of 2021, on the file of the Principal District Judge, Tiruppur, while granting permission to sell the Trust Property measuring an extent of 3.86 Cents or 1681 Sq.ft. comprised in Survey Nos.500/B and 500/3B3 of Veerapandi Village, Tiruppur Taluk, Tiruppur District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this civil revision petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
