The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that as per the order passed by this Court on 25.04.2024, the additional remuneration has been paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner.

2. Today, the learned Advocate Commissioner filed a report stating that the vehicle was seized and handed over to the applicant. Further, he has filed a memo seeking for additional remuneration.

3. The report filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner is taken on record. Accordingly, this application is closed.

4. Considering the efforts made by the learned Advocate Commissioner, the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- as further additional remuneration within a period of 2 weeks from today (05.06.2024).

5. Post this matter on 26.06.2024 for reporting compliance.
