Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondent and states, on written instructions received, that the authority proposes to issue hearing notice to the parties and call upon them to appear for a hearing of the first appeal filed by the petitioner on 16.08.2021.

2. However, he would state that no such hearing notice has been issued thus far. Thus, in the interests of substantial justice and bearing in mind the fact that the petitioner is a super senior citizen aged in excess of 80 years, hearing date is fixed as 21.04.2022 at 10.30 a.m. The respondent is directed to dispose the appeal within a period of eight (8) weeks from today after issuing notice to all parties concerned, hearing them and considering all relevant materials and in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
