O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to survey 7 cents of land in S.No.592/1 in 99, Papparambakkam Village, Thiruvellore District and identify point of limits of installing survey stones consequently to grant patta in favour of the petitioner, Kathirvelachari and Thiyagaraja Achari.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2017, the respondent has not considered the same and passed orders so far.

3.Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

interested parties 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2017 to measure the land and fix the boundary stones and also for issuance of patta, on payment of necessary charges, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
