Respondents PRAYER: This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 28.01.2012 passed by the third respondent in his proceedings Ku.No.E9/1535/TNSTC(Salem)2012 and quash the same and direct the respondents to settle forthwith all the terminal benefits due to the petitioner along with interest.

ORDER

This writ petition came up for consideration before this Court on 24.10.2024. As there was no representation for the petitioner on that day, the same was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 28.10.2024.

2. Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner either during prelunch session or post lunch session. In the circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the same for non-prosecution.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
