ORDER
This petition has been filed by the defacto complainant for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the 1st respondent vide order dated 16.12.2024 in Crl. O.P. No.30675 of 2024, since he has not complied with the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.2,17,000/- within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the 1st respondent had not executed the bond in terms of the order and has also not deposited the aforesaid amount and hence, anticipatory bail granted to him may be cancelled. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 2nd respondent police confirms the said fact.
3. Though notice was issued to the 1st respondent, none entered appearance.

4. It is seen from the order passed by this Court in Crl. O.P. No.30675 of 2024 dated 16.12.2024 that this Court had observed that if the conditions are not complied, sureties are not executed and deposit has not made within the stipulated period, the anticipatory bail would stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
5. Since the 1st respondent has not complied with the conditions in terms of the earlier order, the anticipatory bail granted to him stands dismissed. It is open to the 2nd respondent to take action against the 1st respondent in accordance with law.
