This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 99 days in preferring the criminal revision in Crl.R.C.No.9916 of 2026 in Crl.M.P.No.632 of 2025 on the file of the Special Court for EC & NDPS Act, Salem.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the delay of 99 days is condoned.
