[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the body of the detenue G.Vijayalakshmi, aged about 23 years and Bhuvanesh (Baby), aged about 2 3⁄4 years before this Court and set them at liberty. 2.

Today, Ms.P.Makali (Mobile No.94981 35271), Women Grade I 30381, H-5, New Washermenpet Police Station, Chennai, is present.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue Vijayalakshmi and the baby have been secured by the police on 06.04.2022 and they are likely to be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
