Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Trial Court to number the O.S.Sr.No.14793 of 2017 on the file of District Munsif Court, Udumalpet. For Petitioner : Mr.Venkatachalapathy (Senior Counsel)

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the suit in O.S.S.R. for permanent injunction. The office of the court below has returned the papers pointing out the defects in filing the suit. The petitioner without representing the

papers with explanation has approached this Court by filing the present Civil Revision Petition.

2. Therefore, this Court has inclined to pass the following orders: (i). The petitioner is directed to represent the papers along with the explanation for the defects dated 6.12.2017 pointed out by the Court below within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event the petitioner represents the plaint, if the Court below satisfies the explanation for the defects dated 6.12.2017, the same shall be numbered.

(ii) Registry is directed the Original plaint filed in CRP to be returned to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the copy of the said plaint. With the above observations and directions, the Civil Revision petition is disposed of . No costs.
