ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 29.06.2026, due to inadvertence, a representation was made that there is a delay of 556 days in representing the appeal. Acting upon the same, the delay was condoned. However, later it was mentioned that there is a delay in filing the appeal. Hence, the earlier order passed on 29.06.2026 is recalled.

2. Notice to respondents 1 and 3 is dispensed with. Notice to respondents 2 and 4 returnable by 15.07.2026. Private notice is also permitted. Post this petition on 15.07.2026.
