O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to complete the Investigation and file charge sheet in Cr.No.1/2023, on the file of the respondent police dated 03.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.1 of 2023, no charge sheet has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered the FIR in Crime No.1 of 2023, in which, investigation is under progress. Hence, the respondent seeks three months time to file a charge sheet before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file the 2/4

charge sheet before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
