(CRIME NO.126/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that The petitioner shall appear before the investigation officer daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders in CRL.M.P.No.1160/2022 dated 03.03.2022 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render Justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.MANOJ KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1518 of 2022, dated 03.03.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners are regularly complying with the condition from 07.03.2022 to 09.04.2022.

3.Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1518 of 2022 dated 03.03.2022 that the petitioners are directed to appear before the Investigating Officer at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and shall not leave Chennai, without prior https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

permission by this Court. Any violation of the conditions will ensure automatically cancellation of the bail granted, is modified to that effect, the petitioners are appear before the Investigating Officer once in a Week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
