No.185/2013, dated 04.10.2017 pending disposal of the above CRL A.647/2017 [IN CRL.MP.NO.12926 OF 2017] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.647/2017 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.G.RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. R.RAVICHANDRAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants, after advancing the arguments for sometime, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the above petition, with a request to expedite the final disposal of this appeal. An endorsement to that effect, has also been made in the petition.

2. The Court heard the submission of the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the state.

3. In the light of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petition is dismissal as withdrawn.
