petitioners life based on the complaint given by the petitioner to the 1st respondent dated 18.12.2017.

O R D E R

The Crl.O.P.No.221 of 2018 has been filed for a direction to constitute a Special Team to investigate the FIR in Crime No.2007 of 2017, the Crl.O.P.No.222 of 2018 has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to alter the FIR registered in Crime No.2007 of 2017 on the file of 2nd respondent based on the complaint given by the petitioner to the 1st respondent dated 18.12.2017 and Crl.O.P.No.223 of 2018 has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to provide police protection to the petitioners life based on the complaint given by the petitioner to the 1st respondent dated 18.12.2017.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police submitted that the case was transferred to the file of the CCB, Team II and was assigned with Crime No.150 of 2018. The learned counsel further submitted that the investigation has been completed and the Investigation Officer is only awaiting for the sanction.
