This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for transferring the investigation from the 3rd respondent police to C.B.C.I.D., Police and to file final report in respect of Crime No.306 of 2016.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the charge sheet has already been filed on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

14.03.2017 and the same has been taken on file in S.C.No.8 of 2017, before the Mahila Court, Thiruvallur.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed as infructuous.
