This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1486 of 2025, dated 23.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1486 of 2025, dated 23.01.2025 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police twice a month i.e., first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
