ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking regularization of the post.

2. The petitioner had joined in the post of Office Assistant in the 2nd respondent's society on contract basis. The petitioner had received consolidated salary and he was appointed through employment exchange with the approval of the Development Commissioner cum Chairman of Pudhucherry Agricultural Worker Welfare Society (PAWWS). While, the petitioner working in the said post, he has not been regularized and as such the petitioner submitted representation for regularization of his service.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2023 on merits in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
