ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2015 submitted to release/sanction scholarship amounts for the SC/ST students or atleast issue letter of credit to the respective member colleges of the petitioner's Association. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
