This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.9(a) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.31344 of 2024, dated 16.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:00 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.9(a) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.31344 of 2024, dated 16.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
