When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a report stating that vehicle has been seized and handed over to the applicant herein. It is further stated that with great difficulty has seized the vehicle and therefore requested this Court to order additional remuneration of Rs.40,000/- .

2. Considering the sincere efforts taken by the learned Advocate Commissioner in seizing and handing over the vehicle to the applicant, this Court directs the applicant to pay a sum of Rs.40,000/- to the learned Advocate Commissioner towards additional remuneration within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that since the vehicle has been seized, they may be permitted to sell the same.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant is permitted to sell the vehicle in accordance with the terms and conditions as agreed by both parties.

4. Accordingly, this application stands closed.
