Prayer : Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the impugned communication of the first respondent bank in SAMB/CBE/CLO1/404 dated 13.02.2025 and quash the same and consequently permit the petitioner to pay the amount as per the OTS made or in the alternative to return the sum of Rs.70 lakhs paid by the petitioner. (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After the petition was heard for some time, Shri Vijayan sought leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file such proceedings, as advised.
