ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 307, 428 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.187 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein, who is having illicit intimacy with A2 was questioned by one Murugaswamy. Infuriated by that, this petitioner along with others have gone to the house of Murugaswamy and attacked Murugaswamy and his wife with wooden log causing lacerated wound over the head and body. Since, case was registered against this petitioner by the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 307, 428 and 506(ii) of I.P.C and injury sustained by Murugaswamy and his wife Arukaniammal are grievous in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
