ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.74 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein, who alleged to have purchased 289 goats from the client of the de facto complainant, had called the de facto complainant and his client to a hotel to settle the money, but had picked quarrel with them, abused in filthy language and threatened them. Hence the present complaint. 3.

The CCTV footage has been collected by the prosecution to subsistence of the complaint. The petitioner herein is absconding and seeks anticipatory bail.

4. It is a case where cheating coupled with threat to the person who demanded the money. The de facto complainant appears to be a practising advocate, who had gone with his client to the petitioner's place at the request of the petitioner and they have been attacked by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Taking note of the CCTV footage collected by the prosecution, which substantiate the First Information Report, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and hence this Criminal Original petition is dismissed. -sd/- 07/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
