Heard the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. This writ petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to correct the date of birth of the petitioner as '12.01.1955' in the Service Register of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous and therefore, it may be dismissed as infructuous. He has also made an endrosement to that effect.

In view of the said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Sd/- Asst. Registrar.
