Alleging that the order dated 31.10.2018 passed in W.P.No.26108 of 2018 has not been complied with, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ present contempt petition has been filed.
2. The petitioner herein was arrayed as the seventh respondent in the writ petition. The writ petition was disposed of by taking note of the statement made by the writ petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that now the petitioner has come forward to file a petition inter alia alleging that though the representation was disposed of without any positive order, he was not permitted to do quarrying operation coupled with a ground to initiate contempt.
4. Certainly it constitutes a separate cause of action. For this, the petitioner has to work out the remedy by a separate proceedings in the manner known to law. Suffice it is to state that there is no willful disobedience of the order. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
