This revision petition is filed as against the order dated 02.11.2020 in E.P.No.149 of 2015 in O.S.No.305 of 2009 on the file of Sub Court, Tambaram.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner has submitted that the execution petition in E.P.No.149 of 2015 is pending before the Sub Court, Tambaram.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that delivery itself has been taken and that no appeal was filed against final decree.

4. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the appeal was filed before the order of delivery was made by the execution Court.

5. Today, the matter has become infructuous and hence, this Court does not intend to interfere with the order of the Court below.

6. Accordingly, this revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
